Privacy
What altuscommerce.com collects when you visit or email us, which third-party services the site loads, and how to reach us about your data.
This page describes what actually happens on altuscommerce.com as of October 13, 2026. If the site adds a contact form, a scheduling tool, or analytics, this page will be updated first.
What we collect on the site
Nothing directly. The site is a static website. There are no user accounts, no comment forms, no newsletter signups, and no web form that submits data to us. The contact page opens your own email program with a pre-filled subject line.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send, including your name, email address, and details about your business. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We keep that correspondence as long as we need it to answer you, run an engagement, or meet our own record-keeping obligations. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the work you asked for.
Please do not email passwords or login credentials. If an engagement later requires access to your Amazon account, we use Seller Central user permissions that you grant and can revoke.
Third-party services the site loads
The site loads a few front-end scripts from the jsDelivr content delivery network (Alpine.js, GSAP, Lenis, and SplitType) to run menus and animations. Your browser requests those files from jsDelivr, which can see your IP address and standard request headers. See jsDelivr’s privacy policy. Fonts are served from this site.
The site is served through a hosting provider that, like nearly every host, processes basic request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not set cookies. If you use the light/dark theme toggle, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Third-party services process requests under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
For questions about information you have shared with us, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email the address in the footer. We will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained for an active engagement or record-keeping requirement.
Changes
We update this page when the site’s behavior changes and adjust the date at the top.
